HCS recently completed an Employer HR Toolkit/Workbook for Comox Valley Economic Development Society (contact Kerry Jothen for details).

HCS authored the BC Mineral Exploration & Mining Industry Labour Shortages Task Force Human Resource Strategy.

HCS researched and developed a Parksville Workforce Development Strategy for the City of Parksville and stakeholders

HCS wrote the summary report for the Ministry of Economic Development’s Workforce of the Future Forum

HCS helped industry groups establish the Transportation Industry Training Organization, including writing the successful application to the Industry Training Authority

This definitive study on apprenticeship barriers was completed by a search team including the HCS CEO.
